Physics and Astronomical Constants

Obviously the constants explained here are meant to give a guideline of limits within the physical plane. The constants do not necessarily apply to the Astral or other planes in which magick may be sent or practiced. However, it is a good basis for setting limits for spells and Technomagick created and effecting physical properties or people here on Earth.
